I am the founder of Happy Healthy Living and I am a fully trained and qualified Holistic Massage Therapist based in Dublin.

My career began in 2005 after completing a Diploma in Body Massage back in Romania. I worked in the Physiotherapy department of the County Hospital in my home town, providing Swedish Massage treatments for rehabilitation and relaxation to the patients. I also provided a Sports Massage service for the regional handball team in the National League.

From 2009 to 2011 I continued my Holistic Therapy studies in Ireland, graduating in Swedish Massage, Aromatherapy Massage, Sports Massage (Deep Tissue), On Site Chair Massage, Indian Head Massage, Reflexology, Infant Massage and Pregnancy & Baby Massage, all being I.T.E.C. & C.I.B.T.A.C. Qualifications.

In April 2011, I volunteered as a Massage Therapist at the World Irish Dancing Championships which featured over 4500 dancers from 32 countries around the globe.

• Aromatherapy for Pregnancy and Babies, 2014

From 2011 to 2013 I partnered up with another business which provided Corporate Chair Massage to companies like Deloitte, Keywords Studios and Accenture. 

In 2013 I was contacted to work with some of the stunt crew members of the TV series Vikings, during the filming of the Series 2 and 4, offering them massage therapies after stunt performances. 

In 2014 I’ve qualified as a Baby Massage Instructor with Baby Massage Ireland. 

In 2014 I had the privilege to sign up as a contractor with Dr.Dot Company (http://drdot.com), the largest international massage company in the world working with celebrities from the music industry. Few of the known celebrities I worked with are Simple Minds, Sinead O’Connor, a high profile member of Lionsgate (name is confidential) and others. 

During 2022, after a few years of career break, I had the opportunity to offer my On-Site Chair Massage skills at the Electric Picnic Festival in Sept 2022 and at an International IT Event in Amsterdam and I also had the privilege to attend a massage camp back in Romania where all my massage therapy journey started. 

Since December 2022, I upskilled again and added a few more services to my list of treatments, as I love improving myself and grow professionally. These treatments are:

• Aromatherapy in Cancer Support – June 2023
• Aromatherapy for Elderly and End of Life Care – June 2023
• Oncology Massage – July 2023 

I am an ITEC and CIBTAC qualified massage therapist, fully insured with AIT (Associated Irish Therapists) and a member of IMTA (Irish Massage Therapists Association).
